This class is about teaching the body how to organise itself under load—without external weights. Using your own body weight, we explore strength through form, mindfulness and control. Movements are intentional, asking the body to stabilise, adapt, and respond as a whole. You will work through standing and floor-based, movement that challenge strength and endurance while refining how force moves through the body. The focus is not on how many reps you do, but how you do it, developing strength that feels connected, sustainable, and usable beyond the studio.
