We offer a variety of Pilates and yoga classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our classes cover a range of styles and focus areas to cater to diverse needs and preferences.
Always remember to listen to your body by becoming acutely aware of what is going on as you move. This will help you realize a suitable movement routine to support your personal growth & goals. We recommend practicing a variety of classes at least 4x each week, no matter the length. Consistency is the key, so a little bit every day helps. You can find our weekly plan here with suggestions for daily workouts.
We strive to regularly update our platform with new classes and content to keep your practice fresh and engaging. New classes are added on a weekly basis and can be found by selecting the ‘Newest Classes’ option in the filter section on the Online Studio page.
Our usual upload days are Tuesdays, Fridays & Sundays. If for some reason we are not able to upload on these specific days, we’ll be sure to upload the following day. This means that there are 2-3 new classes uploaded every week.
All our classes are pre-recorded and available on-demand, allowing you to practice at your own pace and schedule.
Many of our classes require minimal equipment, using simply a mat. Others require props like blocks, a strap, resistance band, the Pilates ring, mini ball, big ball, foam roller, reformer, and various weights. Modifications & alternatives are provided for those who do not have access to specialized equipment.
Upon purchasing a subscription, simply log in to your account and navigate to the Online Studio page to browse and stream our library of classes at your convenience.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You have the option of cancelling manually via your user account settings or by contacting us directly for assistance with the cancellation. Please get in touch at least a week before renewal so that we are sure not to miss your request due to last moments’ notification. Your subscription will stay active for the full duration of your chosen plan, even if cancelled before the expiration date.
Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During this period, you’ll have unlimited access to our entire library of classes. Please note that at the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be billed accordingly unless you cancel before the trial expires.

For smooth streaming on our platform, we recommend a minimum download speed of 3 Mbps for standard definition and 5 Mbps for high definition. For 4K streaming, we suggest a minimum of 25 Mbps to ensure quality viewing experience.
Yes, you can stream from your mobile device or tablet, as well as your desktop computer via our website.
