About this class

In this class  let your breath guide your movement rather than simply accompany it. We will use specific breath directions to influence stability, mobility, control, and efficiency. By consciously directing the breath, you’ll experience how it supports deep core activation, improves rib cage and spinal mobility, enhances pelvic stability, and reduces unnecessary tension. The breath becomes a tool that creates space where we need mobility and support where we need strength.
