About this class

This slow paced full-body flow explores different shapes and transitions to help build strength and flexibility whilst focusing on proper alignment and beginner friendly modifications, for those who are new to the practice of yoga. Together we will explore shapes to open the hips, lengthen the hamstrings, bring mobility through the spine, and build strength in the legs, arms and core, paired with deep and intentional breath.
