The class is designed to enhance flexibility, create more space within the body, and promote symmetry and better posture and through controlled, flowing movements. Using the fitball, we’ll focus on gentle spinal mobilization, hip and shoulder openers, and core engagement to support stability and ease of movement. This session is perfect for warming up before exercise, winding down after a long day, or simply maintaining a healthy range of motion. Move with intention, breathe deeply, and enjoy the release as we work through each movement.
Initially the intention was to do a 7 day challenge, but after day 6 I felt inspired to share another 3 days of great content and made it a 10 day challenge.
