Stability Ball Power Pilates combines core-focused Pilates with the challenge of the Stability ball to build strength, stamina, stability, and balance. This dynamic workout enhances control, flexibility, and endurance while sculpting and energizing your body.

Initially the intention was to do a 7 day challenge, but after day 6 I felt inspired to share another 3 days of great content and made it a 10 day challenge.
