A sequence to explore backbends that create extension through the spine, and open up the chest and shoulders. They are especially beneficial for those who spend many hours rounded over a desk, to bring balance back to the body. Always pay attention to what you are experiencing in your lower back and sacrum whilst practicing backbends and always chose a gentler approach.
