About this class

Join this hands free Yoga class if you are not able to comfortably bear weight on your hands and shoulders due to injury or needing more time to build strength in your wrists and upper body. A moderate flow with focus on building strength in the legs and core, as well as training balance. This class includes shapes such as chair pose, aeroplane pose, crescent lunge & half split. A block & strap are recommended.
