This mat class layers loop bands and ankle weights to add just enough resistance to slow you down and deepen the work. The band gives constant feedback, the weights quietly increase the challenge, and together they ask for real control, not force. Movement stays intentional and grounded, with a focus on clean alignment, steady strength, and noticing where the body wants to compensate.
