About this class

Build strength in the entire body from the ground. Using a loop band and chair, we’ll target the feet, ankles, calves, thighs, hips, glutes and core through a variety of functional exercises designed to improve strength, stability, balance, coordination, and muscular endurance. The chair more challenge at times and provides support when needed, while the band adds resistance to challenge and strengthen key movement patterns.
