  1. This class was a blast! It exposed quite a few of my weaknesses, so now I know where I should put more attention. That variation of the Thigh Stretch was terrific, though I found a bundle of tension around my knees. On the other hand, that Shoulder Bridge with ankle movements made me connect to my hamstrings like never before 🔥 Thank you as always ✨
