A slow-paced yoga sequence that involves moving through space with intention and purpose to develop control, endurance and increased body awareness. With so many fast moving parts in our daily lives, slowing down to focus on breath, alignment and sensation during different shapes and transitions, can be highly helpful with cultivating more presence & mindfulness on and off of the mat.
