Build strength through intelligent organization, beginning with alignment before effort and developing strong, responsive feet and lower limbs. Explore core support that works with, not against the breath, while maintaining a stable yet mobile pelvis and spine and an integrated, responsive shoulder girdle. Through precise coordination and controlled movement, the Reformer becomes a tool for developing efficient force production and whole-body strength. Organized Power is about discovering that true strength isn’t simply the ability to produce force—it’s the ability to direct and organize that force with precision.

Sooo in love with this class, you taught a classical Pilates but in a creative way, this is the most challenging class ❤️❤️❤️
So happy to know that you enjoyed it, Hajer! <3
I loved the class and every single one you post. I do them in repeat. Something I love is that I feel you educate me during the class, I love your cues, so precise, so eloquent, so natural. I really like that you name the muscles that we are working or paying attention to. I hope I can cue like you do some day. Thank you dear Joni. See you soon.
Thank you for such a heartfelt and encouraging message, Marichu! I am so glad to hear that my teaching style is well received and effective for you…it always makes a huge difference when it lands properly! Appreciate having you here, and can’t wait to meet you in person very soon!
