That was insanely hard work, but I feel like I’ve taken my shoulder girdle work to the next level 🤩 There’s still plenty to improve, but I finally found the connections that were missing. That static crawling exercise followed by the sensory feedback on the opposite shoulder was a killer but it helped me tame the excess tension in the back of my neck that I struggled to control. Thank you!
