About this class

This is one of the most popular classes in my studio, and for good reason! In this session, we’ll focus on releasing tension in the shoulder girdle, shoulders, thoracic spine, and neck—areas where we tend to hold stress, leading to restricted movement and discomfort. You might even notice a difference in your jaw tension by the end of class! Using mindful movement, gentle mobility work, and deep release techniques, we’ll explore freeing up these key areas to restore ease, flexibility, and a greater sense of relaxation in your body. Expect delicious stretches, controlled mobility exercises, and a focus on breathwork to help you unlock tightness and feel more open, light, and connected.
