This class is a return to the true essence of Pilates: precision, presence, and purposeful movement. The Art of Control is not about speed or intensity it’s about awareness. It’s where control becomes strength from the inside out. Each exercise is an opportunity to apply the Pilates principles,  breath, centering, control, concentration, precision, and flow, so that the body and mind move as one integrated system.
